Terms and Conditions
Provider and registration
SkyHi Tech Academy is based in New Zealand. UK workshops are delivered online. Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian for a child aged 9-15.
Submitting the trial form is a request for us to contact you on WhatsApp and arrange a free 30-minute trial class. It is not a payment or a confirmed booking for a particular trial time. Trial availability and joining details will be confirmed directly with you.
UK course and timetable
UK course batches start from 14 November 2026. The advertised course includes 10 teaching sessions of 60 minutes each, excluding the Christmas and New Year holiday break.
Trial classes are arranged as families register. Trial dates and start/end times are confirmed on WhatsApp in UK local time (Europe/London). Weekday course schedules from Monday onwards are arranged by batch. Exact class times, holiday break dates and the full timetable will be confirmed before you enrol or pay.
Fees and enrolment
The advertised UK options are GBP 100 paid in full for 10 classes, or GBP 15 per teaching session for 10 sessions (GBP 150 total). There are no weekly course payments during the holiday break.
After the trial, confirm your place and payment choice with our team. Before payment, obtain the full timetable and the written cancellation and refund terms for your booking. Registering for a free trial does not commit you to buying the course.
Online participation
Families need a suitable device and an internet connection. A parent or guardian should be available during sessions. Learners should communicate respectfully and must not share private contact information, passwords or inappropriate content in class.
Please contact us about accessibility needs or safety concerns before a session. Read the safeguarding statement for parent contact and reporting guidance.
Consumer rights and questions
These terms do not exclude applicable statutory consumer rights. Read the refund policy and contact us before payment if a term is unclear.
