Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trials

The workshop trial is a free 30-minute class. Submitting the form does not take a payment or commit you to the paid course. If you cannot attend an arranged trial, contact us to discuss another available time.

UK fixed-length course

The UK course consists of 10 teaching sessions, excluding the holiday break. Before paying, ask for the written cancellation and refund terms applicable to your booking, including how missed classes, provider cancellations and any unused prepaid sessions are handled.

A trial registration is not acceptance of an unspecified refund deadline. Contact us with your booking details to request cancellation or a refund; do not include card or bank details in your initial message.

Applicable consumer rights

UK consumers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts, subject to the rules and exceptions that apply to the particular service. Starting a service during a cancellation period can affect the amount payable where the required express request and information have been provided.

Nothing on this page removes applicable statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Ask us to confirm how those rights apply before paying.

Existing ongoing classes

The site's general FAQ currently states that five weeks' cancellation notice is required before stopping ongoing classes. Do not assume that this ongoing-class notice is the cancellation rule for the UK fixed-length workshop course; obtain the terms for your specific booking.
